Not at all. Most of our customers aren’t home—and that’s totally fine.

2. What Do You Need from Me Before You Arrive?

3. Do You Handle Repairs Too?

Yes—and most leaks can be fixed on the spot.

Here’s the breakdown:

• ~85% of leaks are repaired with a special underwater epoxy, right during the detection appointment—no extra cost and no draining required.
  
  
• These epoxy repairs are backed by our 6-month warranty.
  
  
• ~10% of leaks (like cracked skimmers or broken pipes under the deck) need construction repairs. Our in-house team can handle those too.  You’ll receive a separate quote for this work.
  
  
• ~5% of cases are more complex (like structural pool damage). If that happens, we’ll refer you to a trusted expert.

4. What Happens If It Rains?

Rain is no big deal—we work through it all the time.

But if there’s lightning, your technician will pause and wait safely until the storm passes. If bad weather lasts too long and we need to reschedule, we’ll call you and set up a new appointment—usually the very next day.

Bottom line: most summer storms just cause a short delay, not a cancellation.

5. Do You Guarantee Your Work?

Absolutely.

• If your pool is losing more than half an inch a day and we don’t find the leak, you don’t pay.
  
  
• Even if you’re losing less than that, we’ll still do a full inspection so you can have peace of mind.
  
  
• If we find one leak, we keep checking—because most pools have more than one.
